The attendant failed to answer, so the woman had to walk to the bathroom on her own. The attendant did not tell the woman that she had just mopped the bathroom floor, which was still wet. The elderly woman slipped and fell on the floor and suffered a fractured hip. The in-home patient accuses the attendant of failing to answer her call for help, which resulted in her injuries.
